Hakim Sahab ki ek ahm ghazal

“Tum mere paas hote ho goya….” shayadd Urdu shayri mein yeh sab se qimti asha’ar hai. Yeh kaha jaata hai ke ise sunne ke baad Chacha Ghalib ne iske badle mein aapna pura diwaan dene ko taiyyar the….. yeh sauda ki baat saheeh hai  ya ghalat, is se inkaar nahi kiya ja sakta hai ke yeh asha’ar bahut asar rakhta hai – ke ek shot behr aur zamin mein itni badi baat keh deta hai. Lekin yeh iske shayar Hakim Momin Khan Momin ki khaas pehchaan hai…..

Momin sahab kisi wajah se mujhe behad pasand hai aur unki pehli ghazal jo mere zehen mein utri thi woh thi jiska pehla misra hai “Woh jo hum mein tum mein qaraar tha…”, jise maine Begum Akhtar ki ruhaani awaaz mein suna. Dar-asal un waqt mujhe Momin ka kuch pata bhi nahi tha. Un se main tab vaaqif huya jab maine Mirza Farhatullah Beg ki “Dehli ki Aakhri Shamaa” ka Angrezi tarjuma padh kar is kitaab ko uski Urdu mein padhne ki soch li. Izzat mab, khwatin-o-hazraat, yeh pehli kitab thi Urdu ki jise maine haasil ki – aur is mein jo ghazal unki hai main padh kar poora unke asar mein aa gaya. Maine uske baare mein pehle likh chuka hoon (jo ise padhne ka shauq rakhte ho woh: https://vahshatedil.wordpress.com/2009/10/31/momin-meri-talash-aur-hakim-shab-ki-kuch-ghazalen/ : par gaur farmaa sakte hai).

Berhaal, main apni baat se kuch door aa gaya hoon. Main aapko is asha’ar ke baare main bata raha tha. Lijiye, aap sab iska lutf mukammal ghazal mein utha sakte hai….  yeh unke liye bhi hai jo asha’ar se vaaqif hai aur jo mukammal ghazal se, magar sabse ziadah lutf – meri samajh mein – unke liye hoga jo shauq farmaate hain, lekin abhi tak is ke baare mein jaante nahi….

Asar usko zara nahi hota
Ranj rahat fiza nahi hota

Voh hamare kise tarah na huye
Varna duniya mein kya nahi hota

Tum mere paas hote ho goya
Jab koi doosra nahi hota

Charah-e-dil sivaye sabr nahi
So tumhaare siva nahi hota

Kyun sune arz muztarab Momin
Sanam aakhir khuda nahi hota
